Order Processing
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 48 Hrs business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email and Payment confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Order Verification: Orders may be subject to verification before shipping. We may contact you for additional information if needed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Domestic Shipping: We offer various shipping options for domestic orders, which can be selected at checkout. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping: We offer international shipping to USA, Australia, United kingdom. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Certain products may have restrictions or limited availability based on the destination country.

Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Shipping Delays
ADZOY STORE is not responsible for delays due to customs or other international shipping delays.
If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Custom Duties and Taxes
ADZOY STORE is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
