Return and Refund Policy
1. Introduction
Thank you for shopping at adzoystore.com. We are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

2. Returns

2.1 Return Eligibility
You have 3 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
You need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2.2 Non-returnable Items
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items

2.3 Return Process
Contact our customer service at marketing@adzoystore.com to initiate a return.
Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting Photos and opening Video (Mandatory) if applicable.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item.

3. Refunds

3.1 Refund Eligibility
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

3.2 Refund Process
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

4. Shipping

4.1 Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable (If Paid any). This is not applicable on Prepaid orders.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted (If  not Prepaid order) from your refund (If Applicable).

4.2 Shipping Damage
If the item was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at marketing@adzoystore.com and provide photos and videos (Opening video Mandatory) of the damage.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at marketing@adzoystore.com and follow the return process.
